Our season runs from April 1st thru October 31st
2026 Seasonal Lot Rent- $4,000
Seasonal Lot Rents are due in two installments- March 31st & July 31st of each year
Lot Rent Includes Water, all other utilities are tenants responsibility
For units purchased in 2026- lot rent will be locked in for 3 years- no surprise increases!
